Hotelresorts in Leeward Coast

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'On a positive note, this hotel is great proximity to the beach. For a large hotel, the service was terrible. We booked this hotel 9 months in advance for our anniversary. We sent information about our reservation to the hotel staff and received a message back. However, upon arrival, our reservation was mixed up.
