'An amazing place with a gorgeous view! Spotlessly clean and very modern. We only stayed one night, sadly, but I would have stayed two despite it being somewhat far from some tourist spots. The sun rises and sets on the other side of the building that this apartment is under so it never gets too hot. We were there in January so not so hot as in summer but still lovely and warm. As others have mentioned, Fred and the front team at Hotel Mar/Don Taco where you check in are really nice and helpful, they take you around to the secluded house that is owned by the brother of the hotel owner. You can park on site for free and it’s safe. 400m down to town where nice restaurants are available. Close by shops also for everything you need. 'The home was nestled in the trees just like the pictures. The wildlife is right outside your door. You feel like your living in the trees. The place can be a bit hard to find but the host sent me a video and excellent directions that made it easier. The main town is a quick drive to restaurants, the forest and shopping. I would highly recommend Canopy Wonders for a true Costa Rica Experience.'

'Beautiful home with lovely furnishings. Kitchen was well supplied with needed cooking items to make our meals, mostly used for breakfast. Daniella provided excellent tips for markets and restaurants. The location was great for getting to our tours at Curi Cancha and Monteverde Preserve. Loved the deck for enjoying our coffee in the morning while viewing the gulf. '

'We stayed for one amazing night at Tree house El Rio. It is a real tree house built on two massive trees. You can hear the river which is right out the front balcony. and you are fully immersed in nature. While on our visit we saw scarlet macaw’s and toucans flying and perched in the canopies on the property.
