'A basic room, but very clean and maintained. However, there was a problem with the shower having no facilities for putting in shampoo, soap, etc., and only one cake of soap was provided for a two-night stay. Also, we booked and paid for a deluxe, downstairs room, but were upstairs, which made it very difficult for my wife, who has mobility problems. The stairwell closest to the restaurant did not have a working light, which was a problem once the night arrived'

'We had a fantastic time at tall timbers, the grounds are fabulous, the unit was fantastic for a family of 4, everything was high class and worked really well. Had a mixed experience at the restaurant, otherwise, it was perfect, we are already making plans to visit again!'
