'The beach view was nothing like the pictures. Ours said it had a fully equipped kitchen which was false. The bathroom was almost unusable. I would not recommend this property to anyone.'

'The bathroom was missing a shelf/holder in the shower. I had placed the shampoo on the ground and held the soap while taking a shower and the doors didn't completely shut causing water to get all over the floor. I was on floor 2 and there were people above my room stomping during the night waking me up. It happened three times. When I checked out I told the desk clerk about the issues and she just shrugged. Didn't even say, "sorry".'

'This is the worst experience in my life for a hotel or motel stay! I recently booked a non pet room from Ester Lee Oceanview Inn to see the beautiful sunset by the Pacific Ocean. When we entered the room last evening, there’s strong odor of pets urine everywhere in the room. We talked to their front desk for a change, but were told they’re booked up and no room was available. Actually we found afterwards the adjacent rooms were vacant. It’s late and also I paid fully online. I thought it was...

'Its was very nice to be steps away from the beach. The trade off is there’s nothing fancy like larger hotels. No pool/spa or gym. Worth the trade if you’re not looking to stay indoors. The room was very clean. A plus me was having a fireplace and patio.'
