'This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!'

'The resort was beautiful and the staff was great. All of the staff were helpful and greeted you with a smile. It rain several days and there was not much to do. I wish the activities they did have were posted in a general area daily. The App time and the time the staff gave were different. There should be more inside activities. The glow party was great and the dancer’s was entertaining. Mr. Pineapple was very entertaining, and provided any info we needed. The general food was Ok. The Dolce...

My only complaints are that the breakfast menu is repetitive and the excursion desks was problematic. Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies." We ended up losing about $250.USD. they refused...

'Had to change rooms because of lack of warm water, sharp bed edges, barking dogs etc etc. Other room was better but had a television attached to the ceiling in the middle at 1.85 cm ! Roofs are made out of Aluminium plates...so every drop of rain can be heard.. Restaurant is ok but overpriced. So are the rooms'

'Overall, the resort is nice, fun and safe. Staff super nice and helpful. The room was a little outdated. The TV fell off the wall during our stay and had to call maintenance. Scheduled a private birthday dinner that included a private chef. The chef was scheduled to meet us up at our room at 6:25 to escort us. Waited 20 minutes with a no show. Went down to the service desk to make sure it was canceled ($150) and they were giving us the run around until I told them we were not in the mood...
