'This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. '

The owner was very responsive when contacted, the couch was new and comfortable, and the included beach pass was a very helpful bonus.However, I would not have booked this house if the listing had been more accurate. The stairs are extremely steep and felt unsafe, and this was not made clear in the description. The two downstairs bedrooms seem to be converted basement rooms with poor air circulation. 'House was clean, stocked with towels and clean sheets and plenty of essentials. Close to Westerly and Charlestown and not too far from Foxwoods. Great yard out back. Would love to stay again!'
