« The staff was great.....very helpful. There was a bar & grill right across the street, with good food. The hotel had snacks and a light breakfast out all the time. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. »

« The employees, views were great. But: There was a green plastic floss pick the stood out on the dark carpet on the stairway. It was on the center of the step. Outside stairway going to the top level on Friday afternoon. Sunday afternoon it was still there. Maybe the floss pickup employee was on vacation during the weekend and the other employees had the “it’s no my job” attitude. I was tempted to pick it up but wanted to see how long it would sit there. »

« As opposed to staying at a motel/hotel it had the intimacy of staying in a friend’s spare room. You are surrounded by a quiet neighborhood and just a short distance, about a mile, from historic downtown New London. A coffee/snack area is open 24 hours( make your own coffee, fruit and pastries). Management is always available to answer any questions about restaurants and places to explore. »
