« The staff was helpful and courteous, which was the one positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was poor. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in, and the bedsheets had not been changed, I found hairs in my bed. Staff did change after request. During my stay, the room was not vacuumed, and basic toiletries such as shower gel wasn’t provided. Overall, the housekeeping and room cleanliness were well below what I would expect from a hotel. « No bathroom sink, it was actually in room. Beds very uncomfortable and noisy. Pets charge was 50 a night, too much. Step into room was a drop, no signage. »
