Villa's in Golfkust

'Sympathiek mensen bij de checkin, maar jongens.. dit is echt wel erg, erg verouderd. Totaal verroeste airconditioning, frigo, kranen van de badkamer en keuken. Op zich was het wel proper, maar een nieuwe update zou toch welkom zijn. Omgeving is wel natuurlijk geweldig, met uitzicht op de rivier.'

'I travel down South for business every so often and I'm always looking for a nice spot to stay. This place was great and extremely clean. Heather was great with responding to any questions I had. A lot of fun restaurants and local bars within less than a mile. I will be back.'

'We love Carter’s Plantation!! It’s a very nice place to stay if you are wanting to stay in Springfield.'

'The property is in very good condition and was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a good experience. However, I think the listing should provide more details about how the property is divided and arranged before booking. It would be helpful to clearly specify the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas so guests know exactly what to expect when making their reservation.'

'Well stocked unit, conveniently located, and quiet. Highly recommend.'

'I stayed here before while working in the area Richard was such a good host and the place was so comfortable that my wife and I decided to return when we had some time and wanted à low key time to re group from hectic schedules. I would recommend these places to anyone. Richard lives in town and responds instantly and keeps the units in top notch condition'

'Property was overall great. It was very hard to find upon arrival in the dark. The neighbors were very sweet. I did try to get some information prior to arrival so we could get groceries (i.e. what kind of coffee maker is there), but never received a response.'

'I had to stay here for 28 days due to a issue at my current house being remodeled. The host stayed in contact with me to ensure my stay was going well the entire time. The house was clean. The bedrooms were clean and the bathroom was clean. It has all your basic essential needs. The beds are comfortable. If I have to use Vrbo again for anything in Tampa, I will definitely try to rent from this host.'

'after we booked this property, we were told it wasn’t available. we were giving something off the books but the same owner. last house on the left(right). neighborhood was scary, house was scary, not clean! gecko poop all over the place!!!!!!!! the entire place was wooded and lots of rotting wood. the bathroom/laundry was once a front porch and the shower had a window that was not covered by anything so anyone could have seen in. will never use this vrbo again.'

'The property is beautiful. Great location. Close to everything. We walked to the beach. Watched the manatees and iguanas in the back yard. I don't remember seeing in the addbut their were bikes and beach buggies loaded and ready for borrow. There were a few issues with our stay but Break Away was great and very responsive to our issues.'

'Great stay Great owners Great communication Thank you!!!!'

'El aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando, la regadera del baño principal estaba sucia. La cocina no tenía muchas cosas básicas como servilletas, ni otras cosas básicas. Nos cambiaron de departamento y no tuvimos ninguna compensación por las horas que pasamos sofocados de calor'

'My sisters and I had a wonderful time. Your place was exceptional clean great location!! Loved the place! We will be back soon! '

'When Things go perfectly smooth there’s nothing to say'

'I love it everything is perfect'

'Easy checkin and good communication w host. A little bit dated but nice overall and convenient spot in Seascape.'
