'Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen. Koffers werden naar de kamers gebracht en de kamer zelf is ruim en heeft verschillende voorzieningen zoals airconditioning en föhn, ook hadden we een balkon. Ontbijt, lunch en diner waren erg uitgebreid en het was een open buffet. De etenstijden zijn lang, waardoor je zelf kunt kiezen wanneer je wilt eten. Bij het ontbijt kon je zelf je omelet samenstellen en de kok maakte die dan snel voor je klaar. Lunch is zowel koud als warm eten en ook dessert...

'Nice and clean hotel, with decent food included in the all-inclusive. The staff is really friendly and Sherif, the assistant manager was very nice and a pretty good pool player. We arrived late at night and they had food available for us waiting. While the check-in burocracy was taken care of by the reception we had diner. The free wifi is really not what you would expect in this day and age, only 250 MB for the time you're there, only available in and around the reception area. Once I ran out...

'Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende wirklich ausgezeichnet. An der Rezeption wurden wir von Ahmed empfangen ihm gilt ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön, da er sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes stets um uns gekümmert hat. Er macht seine Arbeit sehr professionell. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Essen ist hervorragend und das gesamte Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!'

'Only stayed for one night , but the hotel is very luxurious. It could do with more signs to a direct you to the lifts as it feels like a maze sometimes. Staff were attentive, always willing to help . I would definitely stay longer to make use of the full amenities '

'Beautiful grounds well kept, house reef for snorkling , free oarking as we had our own car and planty restaurants and bars to choose from. Only rhing we missed some snacks for our drinks around 5 before going up to the room to shower and get ready for the evening. Some simple chips or peanuts would have done the job'
