'Traumhafter Aufenthalt im Serry Beach Resort Mein Aufenthalt im Serry Beach Resort in Hurghada war zusammen mit meiner Freundin absolut fantastisch. Von Anfang bis Ende fühlten wir uns überaus wohl, nicht zuletzt dank der wundervollen und hellen Gestaltung der Ausstattung, die eine angenehme Atmosphäre schaffte. 'Nog steeds prachtige locatie. Geen 5* hotel meer. Ieder jaar minder kwaliteit en service; komt door interne situatie met personeel dat ontevreden is en weet dat elke dag hun laatste kan zijn... Alles door gebrek aan management. Intriest.'

'It was great to stay in Steinberger. The care for details was huge and the care for the family was great. Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. Amazing, if ever coming back, I am coming back here.'

'Baron Palace is een heel mooi hotel met voldoende facaliteiten. Echter, kom ik hier nooit meer terug. Allereerst is het eten echt slecht. Gerechten van de roomservice waren duur en werden koud geleverd. Daarnaast kan je niet makkelijk naar het centrum van Hurghada gaan omdat taxi’s schaars en duur zijn. Ik lees overal in de beoordelingen dat de werknemers in dit hotel vriendelijk zijn. Dit valt reuze mee. Los van het feit dat hun Engels beneden niveau is, heb ik vaak het idee gehad dat die...

'Nice friendly and helpful staff'

'Wir waren vom 07.04. 3 Wochen im Serenity Makadi Beach Hotel eingebucht. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas abgelegen aber das wollten wir auch so. Einfach abschalten und kein Rummel drum herum. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Personal super nett, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Es gibt mehrere Pools mit Bar"s. Die Essenauswahl ist riesig und verhungern muss man nicht. Unsere nächste Reise wird wieder dort hin gehen.'

'I like that the kids could swim and that this time their was some entertainment. What i didn't like breakfast is the same. Dinner is ok. I cameback after 6 weeks and almost all the staff was replaced. Its not all inc you need to pay for the children to play in the play hall and the amusement outside. And you will get harassed at the pool by buyers while you try to relax.'

'Great location, beach and views, stunning reef nearby. Friendly staff. But: the hotel is getting seriously run-down, and seems to cater for families and groups. Not representative for a Sheraton, as it lacks the premium-feeling. Worst was the Spa, with rather annoying sales people, continuously going around the beach, and overselling their product. We booked 2 massages, the first was good, but for the 2nd, once they knew was our last, the staff was desinterested and gave a poor quality....

'As our final destination of our trip we choose this place as it has a huge diversity in bars pools and food options as well as a house reef for snorkeling '

'Zeer nette en mooie kamers, leuk aquapark met tal van glijbanen. Jammer dat het personeel niet zo vriendelijk was (met uitzondering van sommigen die wel vriendelijk waren natuurlijk) jammer dat het eten absoluut niet lekker was en er bijna elke dag hetzelfde aanbod was ... verder een prettige vakantie gehad.'
