Villa's in Gouvernement Rode Zee

'didn't even get to check in, we contacted the hotel for the QR codes because El Gouna requires you to have QR codes to even enter the city, they told me my expedia email was "fake" and the number was "fake" and was so rude on the phone. she basically told me "I can cancel but I can't get a refund" even though THEY failed to send me the qr codes. they made one for a reservation of four. we had to sit outside for 4 hours before booking another hotel. communication is poor, management is poor,...

'Very lovely location. So great to take our dog. The 4th bedroom was quite small, actually a maids room, but overall the villa was nice and clean. It would be great if they could improve some small things like kitchen utensils and other things for cooking.'

'The property was actually two twin villas, united by a lovely courtyard and swimming pool. The villas were spacious, very well furnished, immaculately clean and well stocked. 'Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property- the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. Both check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. Finally, there were several little touches that went above and beyond including a lovely welcome fruit basket and information about the surrounding area. '

'Sehr netter Vermieter der sich noch wirklich um seine Gäste kümmert. Das Haus ist Top aber etwas abseits des Geschehens. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann richtig gut am Pool enspannen. Zu Fuss erreicht man Downtown in etwas mehr als eine halbe Stunde. Oder man ruft nen TukTuk und ist innerhalb ein paar Minuten dort. Alle wichtigen Infos zum Haus und El Gouna bekommt man vom Vermieter vorab per Mail. Auf Wunsch regelt er auch den Transfer vom Flughafen. Gerne wieder. '
