'It was a pleasure stay at this villa, check-in was very fast, accurate and friendly by the property manager (Islam). Villa was very clean and facilities are ready. kids jumped into pool within 15 mins of our arrival. The team sanitized the villa before we go, and while check-in to ensure everything is perfect. Team response was fantastic to resolve any rising issues. I will really visit Gouna again with same team and property. Thanks'

'I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....

'We stayed in the villa in april 2023,with 2 adults and 2 children. It was a very simple and easy check in, anything i needed to know i was instantly answered and the host himself was very helpful. The villa itself is lovely and big with aircon in every room. The villa also has WiFi and i would say a 50 inch lg tv in the living area and maybe 40 inch in the master bedroom.
