Vakantieparken in Aswan

'everything was good and especially the staff, in a word it was perfect for us'

'Horrible experience. No power or even fan overnight. Shower broken. Not even enough bath tissue. One of the worst experiences in my 25 years of traveling. I would not stay here. I believe there is power cuts aka load shedding but overnight Stay with no ac or even fan in hot summer is a punishment. We messed up our vacation plan deprived of sleep'

'The staff were excellent.. and the restaurant was very delicious.'

'Perfect location for cruise, shops and walkable. The room was nice and clean . There was a welcome fruit plate and water bottles in room. Staff were friendly.'

'The service was very good. I had an excursion very early in the morning and the staff had breakfast prepared without knowledge of me going on one'

'Staff at the restaurant was excellent! Food was very good and breakfast included. Front desk staff needs more customer service skills. Our TV did not work and we ask for someone to do our laundry. On both occasions we were told someone would come to our room, but not one ever did. View is incredible!'

'Amazing view, convenient location, super helpful host, felt very welcome. We had a great time there, highly recommended.'
