'This room was very clean. Paint looked fresh. There's really not a lot to say accept it was a fabulous experience and we would recommend this room to anyone looking for a place to stay.'

'After climbing 3 flights of of steep exterior stairs with no lighting, we arrived to a unit that had zero cleaning after the previous occupants.We found dirty bed linens piled on floor, a used tissue next to bed, chips and other food and debris on floor throughout the unit, air vents blackened with dirt, dirty towels in the washer, a dirty tub, food crumbs all over the dining table, a dirty refrigerator, a dirty oven, smelly dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the icing on the cake, spoiled food...

'Overall the space was great. Very clean, open, and spacious. The outdoor seating area made a grat place to relax in the morning with breakfast. The kitchen had coplete cookware and utensils including ones specifically for the kids. Having a dishwasher and washer and dryer were great. Every detail seemed thought through. Very impressed with this space and Wilmington Vacation Homes!'
