'We traveled here from Shelby NC, the place was super clean, all the necessities were stocked and neat, everything was in place, so you didn’t have to guess where anything was. We had no WiFi problems and the place was spacious and looked EXACTLY like the pictures! 10/10 would 100% stay here again on my next trip to Wilmington. Only thing you have to look out for is if you are traveling in a lower/sensitive car (like me) there are potholes, but nothing you can’t avoid! It’s also close distance to...

'Truly an exceptional stay. The treetop is exactly as described. It looks out over the treetops and you can sit on the porch and enjoy the birds and sunset. 'The location is great. It was a 2 min walk to the beach but that was the only good thing about it. All of the kitchen utensils, plates, and glasses had to be rewashed before using. Some of the utensils had dried food left on them. The furniture is definitely worn and needs replacing. One of the reasons for picking this place was for the pool. Our key did not work the entire time. After multiple attempts of reaching out to the host, the problem was never solved. I will not rent from them again.'

'Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.'
