'Great location in an old home'

'We stayed here with our whole family and had such a lovely time. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to really enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated all the amenities, which were great and made everything easy and relaxing for the whole family. The house was clean, well cared for, and felt very welcoming. A great place for a family getaway'

'This is a lovely lake view home that is beautifully furnished with views from every window. We appreciated the close proximity to Ithaca, yet the quiet serenity of its location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was just right for making small meals or a cup of espresso.'

'my family really enjoyed our stay at this property! each room was very clean and the beds comfortable, being so close to ithaca falls was an incredible added bonus as well, and our host was communicative and helpful. would definitely recommend and stay again '

'My family had a fabulous time at this property. The location was perfect and the home was very clean and spacious. There were a few minor quirks but the owner was very quick to respond to messages. These issues in no way impacted our stay. All in all, we would definitely stay at this home again!!'

'Host was very helpful and always responded in a timely manner.'

'Oh, wow! This was perfect for our group of 8 adults: a combination of botanist work trip and Girl Scout reunion. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well supplied. The major unfortunate note, it smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. It was extremely bad in the front first floor bedroom. Otherwise we had a good stay.'

'The owners of the property were very attentive and welcoming. Everything was explained very clearly and plainly labeled in and out of the house so it was easy to find and put back. Our two dogs joined us as well. The fenced back yard was ideal and made them feel right at home without being cooped up. There was not one thing they didn't think of down to having toys and treats for my dogs. Highly recommend. We would stay again.'

'The house and property was very clean, set up well and obviously cared for. Kitchen was great - plates, glassware, pots/pans, silverware, etc and lots of basic supplies. Everything worked as described. Bathrooms were clean and worked great. AC was excellent. The firepit out back was beautiful, the game room in the garage was awesome, the dock/boat area very nice and had a beautiful view of the lake. Yard was great for the kids to play. Gas fire out front was nice at night too. The host was very...
