« What a beautiful place! The views and surrounding area is just breathtaking and the home itself is utterly charming. It was a perfect, comfortable spot for my multi generational family, ranging from age 7 to 70, with rooms and bathrooms for all. I will dream of sitting in the back patio taking in the view - just incredible. Lorenza was lovely and welcoming. Definitely a place for animal lovers too, with lively pups and cats roaming - a very special place. »

« Wochenende mit Freunden, um 50 Jahre zu feiern. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, geräumig und sehr sauber (kostenloser Privatparkplatz). Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out. Die Lage des Hauses ist sowohl für einen Besuch in Govone als auch für Ausflüge in die Langhe und Roero perfekt. Wenn ich in diese Gegend zurückkomme, werde ich nicht zögern, dieses Haus zu buchen. »

"Hôtel très bien situé, accueil du personnel très chaleureux et efficace. Chambre spacieuse, propre. Petit déjeuner avec large choix , bonne qualité et produits frais. Restaurant le soir, service et mets très bien "

"Hôtel très bien situé, au centre de Turin. Lit très confortable, chambre très propre et insonorisée. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Suggestion : Comme nous sommes en Italie, l’hôtel pourrait proposer à la place du chou fleur-carottes- haricots verts au petit déjeuner, des courgettes ou des poivrons grillés. Nous aurions apprécié. Par contre, nous n’avons pas apprécié la taxe de ménage à payer en supplément à la fin du séjour et qui correspond à 5% du montant du séjour . Surtout que l’on est prévenu qu’une fois la réservation effectuée ! Ça a un peu gâché notre retour même si nous avons passé un agréable moment à Turin"

"Notre chambre au premier étage n’a pas été rénovée récemment, plutôt de l’acabit d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Literie assez molle. La chambre et l’hôtel était très propre, le personnel aux petits soins. L’atout principal de cet hôtel est son emplacement ultra central et calme pour les chambres donnant sur la cour intérieure."

"this is not a hotel, this is a dorm and its obvious! the staff are completely useless at best, ignore you and stay on their phones. the breakfast was really bad - the continued to put out mouldy food, old ham and cheese, no cutlery, glasses or plates. its like a cosplay on a hotel. cleaning was very poor, the balconies are connecting to other rooms, in case you want to get a visit from your neighbours. the area is very dodgy. the charge you for a 4star hotel and deliver a dorm experience. definitely do not recommend!!!"

"I am very disappointed by the way this situation was handled. My wife required urgent medical care, and despite the circumstances, the hotel showed absolutely no flexibility or empathy. Beyond the strict cancellation policy, what was most shocking was the complete lack of assistance or concern during a real medical emergency. At no point did anyone offer practical help, such as calling an ambulance, assisting us, or even asking whether we needed support while rushing to the hospital in a foreign country. I understand that hotels have policies, but basic human consideration and customer care should come first in situations involving health emergencies. Unfortunately, this experience left us with the feeling that administrative rules mattered more than the wellbeing of guests."
