Ocean 11 Private Pool / Minutes from Beach

Ocean 11 is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Port Aransas, Texas, inside the Beachway
Community, a 12-unit development in the center of the island. The kitchen and dining area is the
first thing guests notice: a large, dark-wood farmhouse table seats the full group against a
backdrop of white shiplap walls and rattan pendant lights overhead. It gives the main floor a
grounded character that is different from the lighter, more minimal interiors in the other
Beachway units.
The open-plan ground floor runs from the dining area into the kitchen and living room. Teal bar
stools line the kitchen island. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, an under-counter ice
maker, and a coffee maker, fully stocked for cooking throughout the stay. A large flat-screen TV
with streaming and cable anchors the living room on the other side of the space. The half bath is
off the kitchen, and the back door leads to the private pool area. An outdoor shower on the side
of the home handles post-beach cleanup.
Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed,
smart TV, and ensuite bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a smart TV. The third
bedroom has a king and a full bed with a privacy wall between them. The living room has a twin
bed for the ninth sleeper. A washer and dryer are on the second floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the standard cooking tools, and the under-counter ice
maker is a practical addition for groups in and out of the pool. The farmhouse dining table fits
everyone at once, which makes mealtimes a genuine group activity rather than a rotation.
The fenced-in pool is behind the home, with teal Adirondack chairs and a stretch of astroturf
lawn for sitting outside the water. The rooftop deck looks across Port Aransas. Pool heating to
80-85 degrees is available on request for an added fee.
Wi-Fi and cable are included. Smart TVs are in every bedroom.
Self check-in with a keypad. Free parking for up to three cars in assigned spots.
The Beachway Community is in the middle of Port Aransas's main activity corridor. Restaurants
and bars are within easy walking distance, including a family-friendly bar and grill directly
adjacent to the property. The beach is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the front door.
The community is golf cart accessible throughout the island.
