There is wi-fi, smart TV, all the amenities that you expect in the kitchen, and a large deck for watching the surf. There are 2 bedrooms with full bath on the 3rd floor, with 1 queen and 1 king. The primary is on the 2nd floor and looks straight at the beach. It has a large bathroom with a jet tub and separate shower. There is also a queen bedroom on the 2nd floor with a full bath. There is 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with 2 sets of full size bunks, television, and a full bath. This room is perfect for the younger crowd in your group. - A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Vaccination records are required to be presented if asked for by the HOA. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
