The home is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach boardwalk and dune crossover, making it easy to spend your days enjoying the sand and surf. Guests are also just steps from the bocce ball court, close to the Glow Pool and fitness center, and within easy walking distance of the pickleball and basketball courts, fishing pond, dog park, and multiple neighborhood pools.

AMENITIES: Cinnamon Shore South offers a wide range of resort style amenities including the Glow Pool and Fitness Center, the adults only Cabana Pool overlooking South Town Lake, and the family friendly Splish Splash Pool with splash pad. Guests can enjoy green parks, lakes with fishing piers, scenic walking paths, and Seascape Sport Courts with pickleball and basketball. The nearby dune crossover provides quick beach access. Guests of this home may also enjoy amenities at Cinnamon Shore North, including additional pools, lakes, lawn games, and on site dining at Dylan’s Pizzeria.
