Just a 3-minute drive to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants, this home is in the perfect Port Aransas location. Whether you're craving adventure or relaxation, you'll find it all nearby. Located in the heart of Port Aransas, a beloved gem along the Texas Gulf Coast, you'll enjoy pristine beaches, a charming small-town vibe, and a wide variety of outdoor activities. From fishing and water sports to lounging on the beach or exploring the Port Aransas Nature Preserve, there's something for everyone in your crew. Whether you're planning a fun-filled family trip or a relaxing group retreat, Another Day in Paradise is your home base for unforgettable coastal memories!

Don't forget to book your 6-seater golf cart! Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. For example, if you make a reservation for arrival that same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day (please make sure to check with us). Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts. After your booking is confirmed, they will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.

As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is an approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dish-washing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
