'The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The swimming pool area is nice, spacious and clean. The location is fine, not very far away from the city, easy to catch a tricycle, which is very cheap (30 pesos per person). The staff was unhelpful and didn't know many things we asked. In case of sickness, you won't get any help, doctor is not available, the ambulance is also not coming to the hotel. The wifi was not working anywhere in the hotel. 'I was pleasantly surprised that when I arrived at the airport there was a shuttle bus waiting for us to bring us to the airport. Didn't knew it was included. Friendly staff and as there was no elevator it was very nice that the staff carried our luggage to our room. Breakfast tasted good and enough options to pick from.
