The Space:

Welcome to Ocean Ivy, a newly renovated Corolla gem that offers everything you need for a perfect OBX vacation. Step inside and check out all the gorgeous updates that have been made! On the top level, the sparkling and bright kitchen is fully stocked for the chef of your family to whip up delicious meals. You can enjoy them together in the dining area and breakfast nook, or step out onto the deck and dine al fresco in the screened porch. The vaulted ceilings and numerous windows in the living area provide plenty of Carolina sunshine, and there's plenty of space for watching movies or curling up with your vacation reading list. A master king bedroom with a private ensuite full bath, and a hall half bath round out this level.



Most of your group will head downstairs to turn in for the night, where you will find 3 more bedrooms. A king master bedroom with a full ensuite bath is available, as well as a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom that sleeps 4. A hall full bath completes the amenities on this floor, ensuring convenience and comfort for all.



Downstairs is a combination of fun and function. Guests seeking a quieter space away from the group may appreciate the final queen bedroom on this level. There's a bonus family game room with foosball and a TV, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave. It's the perfect spot to store extra drinks or pop in for a quick snack break from the pool. One more full bath completes the features on the ground floor.



Outside, there's a private pool where you can soak up the sun and work on your tan. After a beach day (access is only a short walk away!), a family BBQ is in order using the propane grill, and you can round out the night relaxing in the hot tub. Nearby community amenities include sports courts (pickleball, basketball, volleyball) and an outdoor community pool. A fitness center is available but there is a fee to use it. The outdoor shower on site helps keep the home comfortably sand free for your stay, and there is parking for up to 3 standard vehicles.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.



Interaction with Guests:

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
