We were very disappointed with the house entirely. The outside was dirty. Nothing like the pictures. The whole inside was filthy. We had to clean as we used the rooms. The carpets were so dirty our socks showed the filth. There was dust on walls and ceiling fans. Under the counter wine cooler and microwave was grimy. There were bugs. The master bedroom headboard had nails coming through it towards the mattress direction. There were several dresser drawers that almost fell out when pulled opened. The faucet fell off taking a shower in one of the bathrooms on the middle floor. We had connection issues with some of the tv's. There were not enough utensils to eat with or cook with. Pots and Pans are old and worn out. The living space is very small for a seven-bedroom house, and the couches were worn out and uncomfortable. We had to contact the reality office the first three days out of our five days stay. I would never refer this house to anybody. The worst thing when renting a house out of town, if the condition is horrible, there's not a lot you can do and nowhere else you can go. Our money was already spent on this house, and the reality company wasn't much help. You are pretty stuck with the nightmare. Just as we were. My sister's made a comment that the house and its furnishings were raggedy. I couldn't have said that any better. I will never rent this house or even a house from Beach Reality of NC, Inc.
