« Rooms were very clean, staff was prompt, professional and very friendly. Breakfast was ok I guess but not much for the guest who don’t eat pork. But overall very nice stay. Definitely recommend the stay! »

« The property was very clean and had great amenities. It's in a great location close to many restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to place to stay when visiting San Antonio. »

« The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. »

« This place is very rundown. I was originally given a room in a building very far away from the office, it didn't have an ac unit in the summer in South Texas and instead a huge hole to the outside. I went back and asked for a different room and was given one with an AC. WHEN did an AC unit become optional? The sheets were clean, but everything else was worn, the walls were needing paint, there were bugs crawling (i killed 2), there was a TV but no remote to turn it on. The only plus was it's...

« evacuation wc fonctionne mal. serrure de securité de la porte n'est pas reglé donc non-fonctionelle. avertisseur de fumée fait de droles de bruits par intermittance. les horaires du bureau d'accueil sont trés limité. WiFi gratuit mais connection parfois trés lent et aleatoire. »
