'Everything was good except the elevators but we were aware about it .. it was close to where we need it be .. I wouldn’t mine coming back ! Thank you , to the ladies there they were very kind!!'

'Rooms were okay. Staff was pretty nice when we arrived. One elevator was broken. A storm came through and the second elevator broke so being on the second floor with lots of luggage and kids was tough. Locking the back gate by a certain time as an inconvenience. We were not from the area and our GPS continued to route us that way so if we would get back after a certain time we’d have to go all the way back around to get in through the entrance coming off the highway. I get the safety measure...

'The room needs to be more clean. I liked that i was asked if like to see the room first then after I reported there was no water in sink over the counter and it was immediately fixed. Parking illumination was okay and a/c running perfectly.'

'We have stayed here numerous times over the last 6 months. They have still not fixed the entrance doors and forces you to use the door literally on the opposite side of the motel to your room. The last stay, the bathroom had a leak and the floor was continuously wet. Overall it is a decent place to stay but it is time they address the issues and spend a few dollars to fix the issues.'

'The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. '

'The room was nice but average. The part I didn’t like is that it is summer and the pool wasn’t clean. Algae growing on the walls and debris in the pool. Hot tub was about the same.'

'this is not a 3 star property we got fooled by the rating from expedia, room was stinking and lots of small insects and oven was with left over food from previous guests. Very horrible experience'
