What a unique place! Excellent location on the edge of town but still walking distance to coffee, food, and the water. Large parking area and easy to find. Mark was very nice, easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. I would stay here again.

This place was great and Mark is an awesome host. Everything was super clean and the setting was just so chill and relaxing too. You can really walk just about anywhere from the location and there are hiking trails not too far from it either. Highly recommend this location. We loved it!

The property was super clean, comfortable, fun and within walking distance to anything you need in Copper Harbor. I specifically loved that all the windows were opened when we arrived to let in all that U.P. fresh air! Mark was an incredible host! He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He was especially accommodating to our 4 young children. We will definitely be back! It is truly the perfect spot to stay!

Copper Harbor Fun

Great location, eclectic rustic style. Tall ceilings, natural light. Kitchen well stocked with large island counter top and stools for gathering. Foozball and shuffleboard. Gas fireplace cozy couch and recliner. My only suggestion would be more comfortable beds - one full size bed very cozy, twin beds in other rooms less so. But overall, a wonderful place to stay - I’m definitely coming back!

Staying with family on vacation can be stressful… but having wonderful accommodations, a responsive host and room to have fun and sleep helps keep a trip on course! This home is amazing and a great retreat for adults and kids alike!

Perfect for family and centrally located

We loved having plenty of space to spread out and the eclectic decor, especially the garage door to let the fresh air in. A lot of people will stop and gawk at the unique property so just be prepared for that.

Fun stay after biking all day

We came to Copper Harbor because of the world class biking and it did not disappoint! This place had lots of room to stretch out and lounge; it was certainly large enough to bring all of our bikes in for the night. I would recommend getting the bottom unit though as taking the bikes up and down the stairs can be a bit of an ordeal. The games were a differentiator from any place I’ve ever stayed. The group we came up with have been friends from elementary school and we were transported back to our 11 year old selves playing classic arcade games and bubble hockey. It had a nice open layout and can comfortably fit 6 people. Nice bathroom, and the shower had great water pressure. Kitchen had everything we needed for our three night stay. (Salt, pepper, vegetable oil, olive oil and other seasonings). The internet access was solid, which was good as some of us needed to do some work while we were away. Comfortable walk to downtown. Would certainly rent this place again, either with my family or with the same group of guys. One issue that we did have though is that even though we rented the bottom unit, the group that rented the top unit arrived before we did and took the bottom unit. This was a problem for two reasons: 1) we had hoped to use the garage door to easily take the bikes in and out 2) the codes for both the upstairs and the downstairs units were the same. We walked into the downstairs unit and woke up the other party. Not cool.
