Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. 'With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the house was a very good choice for us (1 couple + 2 adults). The location was fantastic because we had activities in Delhi and Oneonta. Since we where on a remembrance trip this house was a perfect example af a typical American house with a nice porch etc. We enjoyed it. We liked the basic rental price (good price/quality ratio). 'We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. 'The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...
