« I’m sorry to say, this was the worst VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. I write this only so owners can correct what is controllable. Bed squeaks so loud with every movement. Bed & pillows super uncomfortable (hurt my neck & back). They need a shade in the shower window so the world can’t see into the bathroom crystal clearly including the shower and toilet. Allow tenant to control A/C (it was so hot). Ensure ceiling fan works properly (remote didn’t work). Not controllable, but the traffic is super loud...

« The host was welcoming and responded to issues quickly.There were minimal instructions on how to operate the key pad on the door. Not all keypads are the same. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was clean.Some things need to be attended to. We weren't left the correct key for the Community Center, nor any map indicating its location. We eventually found it, but had no access to gym or hot tub. The issue could not be remedied until the day we checked out. The property met our needs and...

« The pool was very nice. Even unheated it was nice. Hot tub took a while to get warm enough but it did and was very nice to have available to us. The house was perfect except the kitchen supplies are very limited. Enough for basic cooking but if you want to make something special be sure to bring your own supplies. »
