From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the peaceful mornings with the view of the countryside and the cows. What a wonderful place to relax! We can tell how much care goes into maintaining the property and enjoyed learning the background behind the name bestowed on the home. The local list of restaurants was also much appreciated. We look forward to staying again and will recommend to friends and family!

This was such a quiet, relaxing getaway. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was just my husband and I and we found ourselves wishing our grandkids were with us so we could take advantage of all the home had to offer. I would definitely stay here again. It is a Cottage in the country with Cows to wake up to. The leaves were turning. The weather was cool. She had it fixed up adorable. I only wished I had booked it longer.

The house is beautiful. If I could build one close to my brother in Cookeville, i would want to use this as a guide. Everythi g you could possibly need. Great outdoor spaces as well. Cant say enougb. Cant wait to go back.

The Iris Cottage was Amazing! We were there for Parent Weekend at Tennessee Tech. Just a 15 minute drive to the school, it was SO WORTH IT! This house feels like a home, and our daughter and her friends loved gathering there for dinner. But the best part for us was having our morning coffee on the patio next to the cows behind the property fence! Close enough to enjoy, but far enough away that we couldn't smell them.😉 Very well appointed place with everything you could need. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience! We hope to return.💗

Cozy retreat

This place is as beautiful as the pictures! It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect getaway. The beds were comfortable, the basement is a great space for fun, with a pool table, cards, and games. We really enjoyed the patio, as we sat out there for hours just enjoying the view! I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to get away.
