'We stayed in the hotel on a very, very warm day, so the rooms can get hot and uncomfortable. The staff relocated us to a room with AC, due to health concerns, but in general, there rooms are only cooled by a small desk fan. The staff were helpful and accommodating and we enjoyed the complimentary drink tickets and breakfast.'

'This hotel is very centrally located in Galway, and the rooms are modern and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast area, but breakfast is put in front of your room door. The main drawback is the loud music from the bar downstairs, that goes till 2 am most nights. The triple glazing they installed keeps out all the noise from the street, but doesn't help with the noise downstairs.'
