This beautiful holiday home for 8 people is located on a 860 m2 plot just a few minutes from the beaches of the Costa de la Luz. It is located in a luxury urbanization with single-family homes with 24-hour security service, among pine forests and with safe streets for children. All the services of the urbanization (bars, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, etc.) are for the exclusive use of the residents and guests of the urbanization.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms, two with a double bed each, and two with two single beds each. The two bedrooms with double beds also have an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub each. The other two bathrooms in the villa have a shower tray. The bright living room is equipped with comfortable sofas and a dining table. The fully equipped independent kitchen has all the kitchenware and appliances you will need to feel at home. The entire villa is provided with hot/cold air conditioning.

In the outdoor area, you will find a fantastic covered porch with a chill-out area and outdoor dining area, facing a perfectly maintained garden. The icing on the cake is the completely fenced private pool, which will add more security for families with children.
