De keuken slecht uitgerust, het nodige glaswerk ontbrak en het keukengerei was, zeker voor Franse begrippen, niet wat we verwacht hadden. Van het balkon kon geen gebruik worden gemaakt.Ook dat hadden we verwacht omdat een balkon in de beschrijving vermeld staat.
