Handsome Rustic Retreat is 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom located in the very Heart of Concan, across from a seasonal lake, is not overlooked, making this a perfect place for privacy. This laid back luxury Lodge is styled with upscale furnishings and super sized covered deck that enjoys outstanding mountain range and valley views. An oh-so-cool view home that sits slightly elevated and nicely situated back off a quiet country lane. Perfect alfresco living!

With superb star gazing at night, coupled with romantic views, you'll be enjoying the circular custom rock fire pit for toasting & roasting. For the grill master there's an outdoor charcoal smoker, while outdoor games of Giant Tumble Tower and Foosball provide outdoor games for the entire family's entertainment.

The wood planked, covered porch creates an outstanding indoor/outdoor entertainment area, with party lights that caste a golden glow at night. Two picnic tables give lots of outdoor, covered seating, with additional seating from a custom built round table and chairs. There's colorful & comfortable Adirondack chairs to enjoy the cool breezes off the lake and valley below. The kids will love playing Foosball!

Upon walking into the spacious, open concept living room, the vibe is warm and inviting. Soaring 30 foot vaulted ceilings, golden hardwood floors and reclaimed barn wood siding are accented by rustic metal ceilings for a casual Concan-cool style. Upscale leather sofas and chairs mingle with Hill County chic artwork and pops of red accent decor. The well laid out kitchen has granite countertops, wood floors, stainless appliances and custom farmhouse cream cabinets. There are four wooden barstools that slide up to the roomy kitchen counter for additional indoor seating. An ample pantry holds all your food & snacks.

The central hall leads you to 2 downstairs bedrooms, with light, bright bathrooms that have granite countertops. Both spacious bedrooms have substantial, sturdy custom wood beds, upscale furnishings and attractive wall art. Stylish new bedding, comfortable beds and flat screen tv's make these rooms a great space to nap or getaway from the gathering for private me time.

Upstairs is a open air vaulted loft, with a comfy double futon tucked inside an alcove next to a quaint table and chairs. At each end of the walkway are 2 additional bedrooms that are generously sized, both with ensuite bathrooms. Identical bed configurations in both bedroom with 2 bunkbeds that have a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be for an additional fee if ordered 2 weeks prior to arrival.
