'This place has potential, but also has some issues.1) It was not clean when we arrived. The owner quickly rectified this but caused a delay in our check-in and left a gross feeling in the house knowing how it was essentially speed cleaned in an hour.2) the pool is pretty bad...old, flaky bottom that was peeling off in multiple places. It was also very cloudy when we arrived.3) The kitchen is one of the worst stocked I've rented...dull knives, disorganized, just bad'

'The place was everything we needed for a large family gathering. We come often to this area and it was one of the best. We would stay here again. The accommodations were perfect but the communication and response from the host was off the charts beyond expectations. '

'Host was very quick to respond to any request. The house was great I highly recommend this property. The theater room was a hit with all the guest. Nearby drive through margarita barn is really close and was a I hit with the adults. The pool was very clean. Plenty of towels through out the house. All my guest were impressed with the home and very comfortable. We used the house to wind down from our daily Frio River visit. It worked out great.'
