« This was a lovely property in every way. Three spacious bedrooms, conservatory with a beautiful view, a cozy warm home, especially when coming back from a damp day. Bertie was very generous with her ‘welcome’ food basket, we hardly needed to go shopping. It is about a 10 minute drive from Miltown Malbay so don’t expect to be walking into town though. But once you’ve spent your day exploring, spending the evening at home was quite nice »

The area is rural, so if you are looking for the convenience of not having to drive, this is not the place for you. « Kathy’s Cottage was an amazing cottage with absolutely breathtaking views! The cottage was the perfect mix of an old, beautiful, historical irish cottage with modern, comfortable interior updates. The property where the cottage is located is extraordinary - hilltop views of farm land (and some nearby cow friends), rolling green hills and the beautiful irish sea. Close to the towns of Liscannor, Lahinch + for pubs, restaurants, provisions, shopping and more. Would stay here again for certain! »

« My wife and I had a three-year COVID delayed 35th (turned into 38th) wedding anniversary in Ireland, Spain and Portugal. Although Doolin wasn't on our list for 2020 we added it for 2023 and were very happy we did so; especially given the great communication and flexibility that we had from Rosanna and Patrick. Can't say enough good things about them and the property. We look forward to our next trip to Ireland and Doolin (with Rosanna and Patrick's house) will definitely be one of our stops. »
