'It was a wonderful stay from our arrival to departure. Staff were very welcoming. Only comment that I would make is that the cleaning of the room was quite late - close to 4.00 pm. '

'I really enjoyed my two nights at the Felix. A well appointed and spotless apartment with a nice, contemporary decor. Great view of the river, even from the 9th floor (which is relatively low in this approx. 30 floor building;)) The reception staff was very welcoming. It is only a short walk to the pier and the (wonderful) Botanic gardens. Highly recommended!'

'The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was great too, spacious with good water pressure. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is an absolute must to visit. Very relaxing watching the black swans on the lake and food is plentiful and lovely. '

They provided a clear instruction to how I can access to the hotel property and collect my room key, really appreciated. One thing need to mention was their wi-fi, it is not working properly.
