'The room was clean and good. The receptionist was very kind and was able to accommodate my last minute request. '

'The wooden walkway was salted coming down from the lodge but at the end where it meets the sidewalk there was ice build up which caused my wife to slip and lose her balance resulting in a sprained and swollen ring finger as she reached for a branch to catch herself from hitting the ground. This has resulted to days of pain and not being able to use her right hand. '
