Dogs of certain breeds are welcome, pets are not allowed on the furniture or the beds! Pet fee is $50 per pet. Contact owner about the number of pets that will be on the property and the breed. Private off street parking. No smoking of anything inside the house!!
3 bedroom- 2 queen beds and 1 full; 1 1/2 bath; great kitchen with all the essentials needed for cooking including a gas stove, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, double sink etc. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Dining room just off the kitchen. Fantastic living room with ceiling fans and comfortable couches.
Out the door off the living room is a fenced yard for kids and pets, deck and outdoor furniture. The main bathroom has a good sized vanity, tub and shower combo, linen closet and toilet. The half bath is off the kitchen.
This is a fantastic get away close to everything, yet away for privacy. ABSOLUTELY no smoking of anything inside the house!! This is the main house "Unit A" and there is a unit B, a small 1bedroom place. Separate entrances and parking. Absolutely no shared spaces.
Warning; there is a possibility of seeing wildlife in the neighborhood and on the property. This includes deer, bear and other wildlife. Again, pets are not allowed on the beds or the furniture.
