'We absolutely loved our stay!! It is a wonderful place to stay if you have a student at CU Boulder. It takes about 12 to 15 minutes to go visit them, OR you can stay in the most adorable room with a fireplace, with wine and cheese complementary in the evening and breakfast casserole, granola, fruit, coffee and tea complementary for breakfast. It is on the most adorable town, on the cutest street that is filled with a couple local bars, coffee shops, gift shops, and restaurants all within...

'Frequently stay in the Fairplay area for work and the Hand hotel has been by far the most enjoyable place to stay. The other option (Riverside Inn) has always been extremely noisy and the staff don't seem to care much about customer concerns. The Hand hotel staff were excellent and it was convenient having the cafe down-stairs... just be aware it isn't open every morning, but there are other options close by. It is a historic building so keep that in mind when booking.'
