'The Crystal River Villas were an excellent setting for a mountain retreat and reset. The sound of the river all weekend long was so calming. The rooms are updated and fresh looking. Beds are comfortable. The outdoor riverside patio with comfy chairs and grills was a bonus. And the town of Redstone is so charming. Definitely will be back.'

'The property was a multiplex accommodation which was an unexpected discovery during the check-in procedure as it was not made clear in the advertising. The unit was reasonably clean as should be expected, but extraordinarily high fees were added to this rental by not only the management company (expected), but Expedia, and Vrbo as well, the companies marketing this property. Please be aware that these fees are added before any occupancy, and then the renter is responsible for cleaning the place...

Our entry code didn’t work and property staff saved us by giving us another code after they found me sitting in the hallway very frustrated. Owner didn’t return my call for an hour and a half with just an apology for the inconvenience. No mention of any compensation for our trouble which would have been appreciated.
