'Parking is secure. Room seems newly remodeled. Mostly clean. My only complaint is that it was noisy at all hours of the night which woke me up. I stayed on a weekend so this may be less of an issue during the week.'

'I cannot recommend this property based on my stay beginning April 26 (arrival at approximately 12:59 PM). Upon entering my initial room, I encountered unsanitary conditions, including a wet carpet around the bed, visible hair in and around the bathtub, and hair on multiple towels. Due to these conditions, I was required to move rooms. I was then moved to another room that was not fully prepared and missing items, and then moved again after being told the room had been cleaned. 'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'
