Only a very few of us can truly relate to this genre of music. This was a free gig that was open to anyone and everyone. Given that there were 2 other events happening in Colombo and Mount Lavinia, we ended up having this hardcore fans who enjoyed the fraternity on a Saturday evening. The only venue the rock community can get these days. But seems like this would be the last few concerts that we get to do here. The government is renovating the place, so they say. Till then we need to find another location.

This is a stadium which has a run down building with a theatre style stage with torn curtains. Right in front of the hall is this Bamboo Tree/ Bush, which gives a serene feel to the somewhat busy location.

Heel vochtig (want heel slecht geïsoleerd) vanwege de ligging net aan de oceaan. Zelfs in sommige raamloze gangen in het hotel waren muren en meubilair nat.

Peace of serenity in buzzy colombo
The hotel is brand new and the room was amazing, super clean and even better then the pictures. It even has an japanese toilet. The swimpool is amazing and the lounge and bar area is nice as well. A perfect stay to take ur rest in busy colombo.

The Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), is a convention center located in Colombo. Built between 1970 and 1973, the convention center was a gift from the People's Republic of China in memory of Solomon Ridgeway Dias Bandaranaike, Prime Minister of Sri Lanka from 1956 to 1959.
