'It is what you expect from a cheaper hotel. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The floor was gross and the carpet was coming apart. Holes in the wall. The pictures online were very misleading. Our neighbors that weekend were inviting anyone and everyone in their room. They were awake and screaming all night and their door was always open. The ice machines were broken. Housekeeping came in our room when they told us that they wouldn't. Location is pretty good at least.'

'Mission is een leuke, levendige wijk. Er zijn wel veel zwervers en het is vaak vies op straat. Het hotel heeft kleine kamers die best een opknap- en schoonmaakbeurt kunnen gebruiken. De bedden zijn wel goed en het personeel is behulpzaam. Betaalbaar in vergelijking met andere hotels in de buurt. '

'very close to the airport and 5 minutes walk to different restaurants. Price / quality very okay. Only disappointing issue is no coffee machine/device on the room, and the breakfast is very limited in choices (only toast, yam and basic drinks) '

'I stayed 1 week for Business trip. The room is ok, but not much decoration. Bathroom is good. Bed is good. The continuous air flow in the room is a bit noisy, even when AC/fan is fully off. Breakfast is a bit disappointing for the price. Service in the restaurant was very friendly. Swimming pool is small and no real place to get changed, more for children than business clients. Some receptionists were friendly, some were less friendly.'

'Rooms are well equipped, clean and quiet. Location outside the city is well suited for day trips to SF. Friendly staff at the breakfast facility and the breakfast is ok. Parking cost per day are absurd given the location on a business park. Certain staff member at service desk is not very communicative.'
