« Arrived for check-in and we (along with multiple others) were told our room was not ready and was not given an ETA of when it would be and when asked staff member was very rude and defensive saying they had been full to capacity the night before and couldn’t say what time to expect only the cleaning staff was doing their best. « This hotel is beautifully maintained. The lobby is pleasant, there is water and coffee available around the clock. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are seriously the nicest bathrooms we've ever had when traveling! Great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast is top notch-great assortment of quality food. I will definitely look for a Fairfield Inn again when traveling. Well done Marriott! »

« Hot tub was ice cold. TV was broken and they said they would fix it. We never heard from them again. Pool room looks like it was never swept or cleaned. Breakfast was cold. $102 for the night is cheap, but it was a ripoff for the stay at this property. »
