The Space:

Vilasini Hut is tucked away in Colchester, a picturesque city in northeastern Essex, England. The retreat is situated 5 minutes from the A12, 10 minutes from the historic center of Colchester, and less than an hour from the vibrant pulse of London.



Nearby, High Woods Country Park features lush woodlands, meadows, and trails for walking and cycling. Colchester Zoo showcases an array of animals, interactive exhibits, and exciting experiences. Just a short distance away, Dedham Vale offers stunning countryside views and charming landscapes, ideal for nature walks and exploration.



A snug 252-square-foot tiny home is nestled on a 25-acre farm, surrounded by fields and woodland. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas. For safety, we recommend staying on marked paths and avoiding horses and other lodges.

- Breakfast packages are available for an additional £20 for 2 people, with all ingredients provided for you to prepare yourself

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- To maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets. A minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
