« This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. « We went to Richard’s property to celebrate my parents 52 year anniversary. We had a total of 10 people and it was so comfortable. The area has fun things to do like mini golf, the space center, and a tiny wizard of oz museum that was surprisingly entertaining. The beach was only 5 min drive and easy to park. « Had an awsome weekend with my family at this property. Very convient location and we were able to get to the beach within a short time. There was lots to do close by with all kind of restaurants. The house had enough space for everyone and my kids enjoyed playing ping pong on the back patio. Would recommend this place and will come back later in the future. »

« Loved the location: Beach front, removed, close enough to the Pier and Downtown and far enough away to live like a local. Cindy has all the things necessary for a family of 4 to properly enjoy a week at the beach. »

« Property is large and roomy. We only stayed two nights while getting our group together for a cruise. A short walk to the beach where you have a great view of cruise ships leaving and entering port and of the rocket launch facilities. We didn't cook so I cant comment on appliances or kitchenware. It was convenient to have use of the garage as we needed to unload and load vehicles a couple times. »

« House was larger than expected. The kitchen was huge. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The pool and pool area was great, lots of chairs and lounge chairs. Overall a wonderful place to stay. »

« L'endroit est très bien placé, le logement assez grand et pratique (cuisine complète), l'accueil gentil, chaleureux et généreux (serviettes de plage, café, shampoing, prêt de planches de surf, etc.). Le cadre est vraiment très beau, et l'accès direct à la plage très appréciable. A savoir pour ceux qui comme moi voyagent uniquement avec bagages à main : il n'y a pas de lave-linge sur place (laverie à quelques kilomètres). Sinon tout est parfait ! »
