The Space:

Step into this fully updated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located in a serene beachfront complex with a heated pool. This condo is just a few steps to the beach through a private beach access designated just for the complex and has everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. It's as close as it gets to the beach! This beautiful home boasts a modern coastal vibe with new furnishings that perfectly complement the stunning seaside setting. The large galley kitchen is fully stocked, making meal preparation a breeze. A beautiful dining table is perfect for enjoying your delicious creations.



Take a load off in the primary suite on the comfy king size bed or relax in the guest room on the brand new queen size bed. Both rooms have plenty of closet space to unpack and unwind. There is also a very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



The spacious bathroom includes two vanities and a walk-in shower, ideal for refreshing after a day in the sun. Dive into the heated pool, rinse off after a beach day in the outdoor shower, grill up something delicious on the BBQ located on the pool deck or unwind in the cozy living room while watching the sunrise and sunset right from your front door. There is also onsite coin laundry available. Located in the secluded south Cocoa Beach area, this condo is just a short drive from downtown's bustling attractions. Enjoy the convenience of a favorite local eateries nearby and don’t miss the excellent, unobstructed views of the space coast's spectacular rocket launches. With this complex only having 16 units, it makes this beach getaway very secluded. It also includes a designated parking spot. Located off A1A with easy accessibility to Interstate 520, 528 and 95. Just a short distance from downtown Cocoa Beach. Lyft and Uber are prominent in the area.

Regarding the 6-guest occupancy, we provide 1 queen and king bed that can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. We also have a sleeper sofa that can sleep up to 2 guests.
