'The property was really nice. Great location literally less than three minute walk to the beach. The pool was a little dirty but just as we were leaving I did see a person come to clean it so maybe we’re just on the wrong timing of the week. 10/10 would stay again!!'

'We are repeat renters for a reason. The place is VERY clean; comfortable beds; everything you’d need to relax. The kitchen also has everything you’d need to cook. The host is very accommodating, and even sent a message to alert us to a ticket launch happening during our stay.Hoping to return next year!'

'This place was perfect for our stay! Beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and all the essentials to make a family vaca feel easy breezy were provided! We loved the board games included in the condo too, beach was super clean and not crowded, and the pool was so well taken care of as well. Decorated so cute, beds comfy, would highly recommend. '

'The unit is clean and beautifully maintained, with everything thoughtfully organized. The location is excellent—very quiet and just steps from the beach. The beach itself is clean and uncrowded, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, you’re only minutes away from Cocoa Beach’s best spots and restaurants. The host is also fantastic—quick to respond and very attentive to guest requests.'

'We loved the property. The access to the ocean was amazing! I also spent many hours on the patio listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breeze. The location cant be beat. Everything you need right outside the front door. The kitvhen had everything needed to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and bedding for a family if 4. The bed was very comfortable. Loved having a full-sized washer and dryer in the room. We will be back! '

'If you are looking for an immaculate place to stay with a gorgeous ocean view, direct access to a private, uncrowded beach, all within walking distance to places to eat, shop, and grab some great ice cream….THIS IS IT! We just spent a few days with our 2 year old granddaughter, recovering from Disney and this was perfect for our family of five. Very comfortable, with all the amenities. And Danny, our host, was wonderful and easy to communicate with. So glad we choose to stay here!'
