Flats in Cocoa Beach

'Great spot right on the ocean. Was perfect to spend a couple of days near the port prior to a cruise. They provided ample beach amenities: umbrella, chairs, cooler etc. The kitchen was well stocked, much better than most VRBO’s. Highly recommend. '

'The property was really nice. Great location literally less than three minute walk to the beach. The pool was a little dirty but just as we were leaving I did see a person come to clean it so maybe we’re just on the wrong timing of the week. 10/10 would stay again!!'
