This property is about 43 years old and the unit clearly shows its age. While it looks like the owner has updated the floors and replaced a few appliances, most of the space is still very worn, dated, and in need of renovation. The photos on the listing present the unit as being in better condition than it actually is in person. There is also a large new construction project right next door (likely a new hotel) that blocks what was supposed to be a wide partial view and that construction creates a lot of early-morning noise, which was not disclosed in the listing. Over a three-night stay, no on-site staff were seen, so it was not possible to assess service.

Condo had a great location, although the construction of a large hotel is in the process of being built and there is some noise, but it’s not a deal breaker. View from balcony of beach was nice. Condo itself, although a bit dated, was very clean. Newer appliances in kitchen, big screen tv in living room with a large selection of channels available. Pool and beach access very convenient. Would return and rent again .

This condo is on the older side with not many updates to it and some maintenance needs with corner plastic covers coming off, sliding closet doors not working properly, and broken fans. Curtains would be nice in bedrooms(there are blinds) but alot off light still comes in. We did have a great week and it served it purpose. There is construction right next to it which we were told about so just fyi on that. The pool and hot tub was great only wished it stayed opened a little bit longer at night. If you are particular about linens bring you own, they were a little scratchy but the price was right and it was a decent condo!

Great location

My husband and I stayed here for a week and really appreciated the location. We were able to watch the Thunder at Cocoa Beach boat races and rocket launches from the balcony. Beach access was super convenient and we enjoyed the pool.

When we checked in we were told the master bathroom toilet wasn’t working. We had to be gone for the day while it was fixed. It was an inconvenience! The manager Kathy was very kind in communicating the problem.

My family and I stayed in Cocoa Beach and loved this condo. It was very spacious, the balcony is a cool spot to hang, and is located in a nice, centric part of town - close to everything we had planned to do! Beach access was also a plus. I would stay here again

Cocoa beach getaway

Great condo and great location. The view is amazing. Loved being able to hear the ocean at night with the windows open. Condo needs some updating. Master bathroom vanity on the ground is damaged. Was peeling paint in the condo. A couple nights there were a few small ants in the counter. Think they were coming up from a crack on the counter. Can see screws in the ceiling. Easy access to the beach, but did not know we needed a key for the gate. Not the condo owners issue, but there was dog feces on the ground, near the elevator. Texted building manager as their number was listed. They said they’d contact someone, but feces was still there a day later. Never used pool or hot tub, but looked nice. Felt safe. Condo was very clean. Just need to fix some of the things mentioned above. Would definitely stay again though!

Relaxing Beach Time!

We were able to have a lot of beach time, the beach in front of the condo was covered by a public life guard during the day, a plus. There was a night launch of SpaceX falcon 9 which was exciting to see from our balcony. This place was close to several restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and as described. There is construction going on so you need to be careful but it didn’t dampen the stay. I recommend this condo.

Good but had issues

The place was very nice. It had been updated so i loved the decor. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. There were just a couple issues. One, they had ants in the kitchen. I have to deal with that at home during the summer and did not want to deal with it on vacation. The property manager was very nice and helpful. She came up and tried her best to deal with them. The second issue was the a/c unit. The sir worked but the thermostat on the wall was loose and the air would stop working and we would have to fidget with it to get it to come back on. I informed the property manager so she could tell the owner. Hopefully, they got it fixed for the other guests. Other than that, it was quiet, beautiful view especially of the launch pad. We were supposed to see the rocket launch, but weather kept delaying it but if your ever there when a launch is going off, you have a perfect view from the balcony. Also, the view from the king bedroom was beautiful! I could sit in bed and stare at the ocean. I do miss that view. Would i stay again? Yes i would.
