Chateau by the Sea 104 is the perfect place to get away and relax. This two bedroom, two bathroom unit has a walkout patio and yard, in a building that is right on the beach just south of the Cocoa Beach Pier. Both bedrooms have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms, meaning you do not have to fight over the master bedroom. There is also a queen air mattress in the living room. In addition, everything you need is provided such as a full kitchen, all linens/towel and a washer/dryer. We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment.

You are only steps away from the beach in this unit. The ultimate convenience of having private beach access and a heated pool only a few steps from your patio, along with a breathtaking 360 degree view from Chateau's private rooftop patio.. This ground floor unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

My wife and I had a great trip to Cocoa Beach, and the accommodations contributed to this great experiece. The condo was as shown on the listing. My wife noted it's cleanliness when we arrived. The master bedroom was very nice with a king size bed - although we prefer a queen. The mattress was great as were the pillows. We opted to use the guest bathroom for our showers bc it was a walk-in shower. The master bath had a tub shower combo. We sat out on the patio in the morning, but the afternoon and evening sun made it too hot to spend much time there after the sun moved to this side of the building. The pool area had nice chairs and loungers for everyone at the pool. There were places to sun yourself, but they have also created a covered area, too. We didn't use the grills, but they were available. The beach was very nice with a direct access from the condo. We liked that we could walk to several eateries, ice cream shops, shopping and coffee shops. (Dunkin Donuts) Zareh was quick to respond to questions we had, even those addressed in welcoming emails .. sorry we didn't look more closely at some of the details.The only negative comment is that the TV in the master bedroom was connected to a cable service so we could watch major networks while in the bedroom. The TV in the living room did not have this capability. It was fine since we used our Netflix account to watch movies at night. We would definitely stay again!

Cocoa Beach Vacation

Condo was very clean and stocked with basic needs. Location is great as it is steps to the beach and very close to the pier. Unit comes with chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and boogie boards. Pool was great too. Zaher was also extremely helpful regarding the few property questions we had. Would stay here again.

Fantastic beachfront location

Love the location right on the beach. We rented bikes to take to Ron Jon’s surf shop, close to great restaurants and the grocery store. So comfortable and convenient! I also loved having a washer-dryer in the unit.

Loved our stay at Cocoa Beach.

The condo was very clean. Plenty of fresh towels in the closet, for both the pool/beach and bathroom. We did have a few issues but nothing too major. The sliding glass door didn't lock, there was a stick in the door which was a little bit of a pain. The slats on the sliding door were a mess. Most broken and some just missing altogether. We took this condo for ease of walking our dog. Which was very convenient except, where they ask you to take your dog is outside the condo area. It is a small patch of grass, no fence and no lights. The only other issue was the fitted sheets were so stretched out that they refused to stay on bed. All small issues and nothing we couldnt deal with or that would stop us from going back. The pool and the beach were great, and very close. Thank you for a great escape from the cold.

Another great stay at Chateau by the Sea.

This is my 3rd stay at Chateau by the Sea. CBS 104 is ground floor and very convenient to access from the parking lot. Easy check in process. The unit has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The pool and beach are just a few steps away and we spent time using both. Cocoa Beach Pier is next door and Publix is walking distance. Walmart is a 10 minute drive away down SR520. Lots of great places to eat locally. I can recommend The Sandbar Sports Grill which you could walk along the beach to. Barrier Jacks and Southern Charm Cafe which both do a great breakfast. Drew was just an email or phone call away if we had any questions about the Condo. Thanks for having us again and we will be back.

Perfect and Great Value!

Stayed at Chateau by the Sea 104 early May 2019. This is my second stay at CBS but first time in 104. This is a lovely well laid out Condo. We enjoyed sitting on the patio to sunbathe, taking walks on the beach which is steps away and relaxing by the pool. There was everything we needed in the Condo. Loved the beach chairs and large cooler provided. Publix is very close by and Walmart just a short drive down SR520. Lots of lovely places to eat and we especially recommend The Sandbar a 10 min walk down the road. Drew from Stay in Cocoa Beach was always an email away to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend using Drew and the Stay in Cocoa Beach team. We will certainly be booking with them again. Thankyou for having us. We will be back.

Good Location, unhappy with furniture!

Great location! Was very unhappy with some of the furniture. The bed we had was the worst I ever slept in, so soft and lumpy, really needs to be replaced! Sofa was about as bad, had to sit around the table most of the time those chairs were ok. Place really needs updated! Also was disappointed that not even salt or pepper in the condo, other condos were so much more accommodating that I’ve stayed in.

Disappointing

We were a bit disappointed. The place overall needed a good paint job. We could tell it had been recently decorated and looked nice from afar. There was not one box of tissue, no salt and pepper, and the extra towels in the cabinet were still wet. Loved the location but they are doing some construction work to the building so we were woken early every morning.
